When the vehicle is braking, a vacuum pressure of booster can be dropped by decreased engine RPM.
So the ABS ECU send a idle up signal to engine ECU to prevent a vacuum pressure decreased, and it maintains engine RPM at approx. 1250 RPM.
The ABS ECU monitors idle up circuit by comparing output signal for idle up with feedback value.
If the output value is continuously different from feedback value for 203ms, this code is set .
