General Description

The SRS is equipped with a voltage control circuit (DC-DC converter) in the SRSCM to maintain certain voltage and current for the system. When the battery voltage is too low than speciation due to alternator voltage regulator malfunction or battery drain the warning lamp remain lit up and the DTC is a B1112 code is not stored and the voltage returns to normal, the SRS warning light automatically goes off.

DTC Description

- When the SRS warning light remain lite up and the DTC is the normal code, this means a voltage source drops too much

- This malfunction is not stored in memory by the SRS Control Module and if the power source voltage returns to normal, the SRS warning light will automatically gose off.

- If a code not listed on the chart is displayed, the SRS Control Module is faulty.
