The EPS CM (MDPS=Motor Driving Power Steering) senses a battery voltage in order to operate the MDPS system normally. If a bettery voltage is too low or high, it can't operate. Especially, if it's battery voltage is too high, the MDPS ECU can be damaged.
The MDPS ECU sets this DTC if the voltage of IG circuit is out of the defined value.
